The IGF is working with national societies to establish a series of online seminars in three time zone corridors – North, Central & South America, Asia-Pacific and Europe-Africa. These seminars will showcase high quality research being conducted across each region, covering diverse areas of genetics and fostering interactions between the research groups. Access to these seminars will be provided via this web page and those of participating national societies.  Seminars will occur six times a year in each region.  Registration is required for the seminars but is free.

Asia-Pacific region - the Genetics Society of Japan (GSJ) and the Genetic Society of AustralAsia (GSA) have been partnering with the IGF to host seminars that commenced in May 2022. The Genetics Society of China(GSC) is joining as a host society.  Other societies in the region are invited to come on board.

North, South and Central America – the Brazilian Genetics Society (SBG), the Latin American Association of Genetics (ALAG) and the Genetics Society of America (GSA) are working together to host seminars commencing in November 2022.
